Deborah Ann Woll, ‘True Blood’
You know her as: Jessica HambyWhy we like her: As the freshman vamp sired by Bill Compton, she is discovering her new life with as much vigor as we imagine we would. We always get a glimpse at adults turned into bloodsuckers, but as a teen who hasn’t really lived, Jessica breathes new life into a familiar genre in such a way you don’t know what she’ll do next. She’s almost as endearing as a cute baby vampire … almost.
Where else you’ve seen her: “The Mentalist,” “CSI,” and “Law and Order: SVU”
This video is a ‘little’ old (it was made to promote the premiere of Season 2 late in June), but it’s new to our site. The whole cast, also Michael Lehman and Allan Ball gave a preview about the whole season.
I’ve added captures to the gallery and the video you can check in our archive.
Here’s a new behind the scenes video update about the making of the film, “Mother’s Day” :

Woody Allen, The Apocalypse and Three Other Ways To Get A Woman In Bed occupies an important place in the long established “teen comedy meets apocalyptic thriller” genre. The film is centered around Ned, a high-school student with two obsessions: watching Woody Allen movies and getting play from girls. Ned battles his social ineptitude, the challenges of high-school relationships, and of course, impending nuclear disaster on his way to get a girl into bed. Starring Chris Speziale, Deborah Ann Woll, and Eileen Trilli. Produced in 2006. Directed by Daniel Schloss & Charlie Fried
Flying Centipede Productions has posted in their youtube account the entire movie, divided into 13 segments. Thanks Daniel and Charlie for making it available.
I took captures of the whole movie, and if you want to watch it, go here.
We’re in proccess of merging I Heart Deborah with Deborah Ann Woll Online, Shannon isn’t able to run it anymore and was kindly enough to let me use her content. So if you’re affiliated with DAWO and receive an email about being added to our database, don’t worry.

Loving True Blood in Dallas bring us with more hints from Alan Ball, during the Virginia Film Festival. You can read the whole stuff here.
OK, here’s a quick rundown of some things Alan Ball mentioned while reviewing ep. 4, Shake and Fingerpop. The cellphone that Jessica glamours from the limo driver is going to figure in season 3. Alan said to remember it. The cool travel coffins that Bill and Jessica traveled in are really for snowboards.
Jessica and Hoyt will have competing love interests. According to Alan it doesn’t look good for them to be together.
